Food Truck Service Fee is $650 flat
Includes:

• $300 truck fee
• $350 live-service fee
• Professional shucker
• Simplified truck-based oyster setup
• Sauces, condiments, lemons, plates, napkins
• Up to 3 hours of active service
• Oysters billed at market price (raw or grilled)

Note: This service does not include decorative displays or premium raw-bar setups. It is intentionally streamlined for convenience.

Enhancements may be added to both Drop-Off and Food Truck Service:

• Oyster shooters
• Steamed or grilled oysters
• Shrimp cocktail
• Mussels, crab, sashimi, charcuterie
• Caviar service
