Drop-off Oyster Bar
Delivered fresh, chilled, and ready to serve. Our Drop-Off Oyster Bar is the perfect choice when you want premium oysters without on-site shuckers or a display setup. Ideal for home events, lounges, offices, and small gatherings, this option delivers everything prepped, chilled, and ready to enjoy.

- Freshly pre-shucked oysters, arranged cup-side down over crushed ice
- Delivered in disposable pans/trays with lids
- HalfShells mignonette, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemons
- Optional: fresh horseradish, plates, napkins, mini forks
- Simple serving and handling instructions
- Delivered within your scheduled window
- This service keeps things simple — premium oysters without the full raw bar footprint.
Drop-Off Pricing
Raw oysters: $3–$3.50 each
Grilled upgrade: + $1.50 per oyster
Drop-Off Shucking Fee: $200
(Covers all prep, shucking labor, packaging, and chilling)
This fee is standard for all Drop-Off orders to ensure oysters are safely shucked, prepared, and delivered at proper temperature

Food Truck Service
Live on-site shucking — quick, clean, and coastal.
Our Food Truck Service provides a minimalist live-service option for events that want fresh oysters shucked on-site without the full decorative raw bar display. Perfect for corporate lunches, outdoor events, community gatherings, and service windows where simplicity and speed matter.
The truck arrives, serves, and rolls out — clean, efficient, and professional.
Food Truck Service Fee
$650 flat
Includes:
- $300 truck fee
- $350 live-service fee
- Professional shucker
- Simplified truck-based oyster setup
- Sauces, condiments, lemons, plates, napkins
- Up to 3 hours of active service
- Oysters billed at market price (raw or grilled)
Note: This service does not include decorative displays or premium raw-bar setups. It is intentionally streamlined for convenience.
Enhancements Available
Enhancements may be added to both Drop-Off and Food Truck Service:
- Oyster shooters
- Steamed or grilled oysters
- Shrimp cocktail
- Mussels, crab, sashimi, charcuterie
- Caviar service
(All enhancements priced based on guest count & market availability)
Booking and Policy
A minimum 10-day notice is required for all Drop-Off and Food Truck Service bookings to ensure proper sourcing, preparation, and scheduling. Rush requests may be accommodated when possible.
Travel fee: $0.49/mile after 50 miles.)
Deposit: 25% due at booking
Final Payment:
Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations:
Greater than 10 days before event is Full refud
Less than 10 days: deposit forfeited
Guest Count:
Final oyster quantities and add-ons must be confirmed
7 days before service.
Special Requests:
- Weather Policy (Food Truck Service):
For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, accessible space for the truck. Severe weather may require relocation on-site or rescheduling based on availability. - Extended Service: $100/hour per shucker (Truck only)
- Insurance: Fully insured; client provides safe setup area & permits
Consumer Advisory: Oysters may be served raw and can contain bacteria that cause illness if consumed raw or undercooked. Individuals with certain health conditions are at higher risk.
